Immediate Notification for Damages: If you find any damage, defect, or discrepancy with the product during this inspection, you must immediately notify our customer center or our official Facebook page while the delivery person is still present. Please provide clear photos or videos of the damaged item if possible.
No Claims Entertained Otherwise: No claims for damage, defect, or discrepancy will be entertained once the delivery person has left and the product has been accepted without immediate notification. Your acceptance of the product without immediate notification implies that the product was received in good condition.
2. General Return and Exchange Conditions
For items that are not damaged upon delivery but you wish to return or exchange, the following conditions apply:
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
